Can I bring my own jewelry for a new piercing?

For initial piercings, we only use implant-grade titanium or solid gold jewelry to ensure proper healing and safety. Outside jewelry isn’t permitted for new piercings since we can’t guarantee its quality or biocompatibility.

Can I go swimming after getting a new piercing?

We recommend avoiding pools, lakes, and baths for at least 4–6 months or until your piercing is fully healed. Submerging in water too soon can expose the piercing to bacteria and increase the risk of infection.

What ages do you pierce and what documents are required?

We pierce lobes starting at age 12 and most other piercings for clients ages 13–17 with proper parental consent and documentation. A valid photo ID and birth certificate are required for minors, and the parent on the birth certificate must be present with their own photo ID. All piercings are available for those 18+ with a valid photo ID.

Do you take walk-ins for piercings?

Yes! We take walk-ins for piercings every day at our Austin tattoo and piercing studio on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are also available and will always take priority over walk-ins.

How long does it take a piercing to heal?

Healing time varies by location, but most piercings take six months to a year or longer to fully heal. Your piercer will provide detailed aftercare instructions to help you heal smoothly and avoid complications.
